Description
This is not a yoga class.
This is what I do before bed- which is a mix of some wrist exercises, some basic joint mobility and a couple of Yoga Asana (postures) on the floor.
You might want some stuff to make yourself more comfortable- you also might not. The deal is this: you definitely don’t want to make a fuss over what you think you need or you wont benefit from the simplicity of what I am offering you here.
