With individualized guidance you will create a connection which can be cultivated on your own with a practice provided in the session.
Faern will work with your energy to assist you in creating this connection and she will create space for this to happen. You will do some simple breath exercises with Faern and a mudra which will change depending on what is going on. This practice will be suitable for you to take with you to help you maintain and sharpen your inner connection to the most subtle parts of your being.
This session is suitable for beginners as long as you take the time to read the enclosed ebook. Otherwise you will likely have some difficulty in translating the conversation. Feel free to reply to the email you’ll receive right away with your questions.

Chakra Meditation-
This is a LIVE guided meditation.
On this live video call Faern will lead you through a simple breathing exercise chosen especially to ground and balance you into your body. This is followed by a unique Chakra meditation where we focus on the whole system vs one or two areas. If you want to schedule a particular area- do this one first and then we can move into a chosen area if need be.
This is a loose 30 minutes session- you will have time to get comfortable- leave room for about 40 minutes on the call and then some relaxation time afterwards.
Suitable for anyone in any type of practice.
1:1 Energy Balancing Session 30m
On this live video call Faern will lead you through a series of simple breathing exercises created especially to ground and balance you into your body. May include restorative postures depending on season, needs and preferences.
This is a loose 30 minutes session- you will have time to get comfortable- leave room for about 40 minutes on the call and then some relaxation time afterwards.
