Chakra Meditation-
This is a LIVE guided meditation.
On this live video call Faern will lead you through a simple breathing exercise chosen especially to ground and balance you into your body. This is followed by a unique Chakra meditation where we focus on the whole system vs one or two areas. If you want to schedule a particular area- do this one first and then we can move into a chosen area if need be.
This is a loose 30 minutes session- you will have time to get comfortable- leave room for about 40 minutes on the call and then some relaxation time afterwards.
Suitable for anyone in any type of practice.
1:1 Energy Balancing Session 30m
On this live video call Faern will lead you through a series of simple breathing exercises created especially to ground and balance you into your body. May include restorative postures depending on season, needs and preferences.
This is a loose 30 minutes session- you will have time to get comfortable- leave room for about 40 minutes on the call and then some relaxation time afterwards.
