BEING human

I started a series on my YouTube (please subscribe to it if you aren’t already) where I am doing “Walk & Talk” videos discussing what it’s like BEING human right now and how to function going forward, in a sense. It is an open conversation, although it is basically all my ideas right now.

Ideally it becomes more of a conversation- for now though, I am enjoying making them. I’d love it if you’d check them out and let me know if they are insightful to you in some way- or if you have any input as far as successes in creating any of the things I have brought up.

This is the first one, they really are meant to be heard in order- although I do “recap” in a way, I am not doing that for the most common reasons and this isn’t really a great representation of what has been said. I am doing my best to stay around ten minutes- isn’t that a good length?

The plan here for this blog, is for me to “say more” when I have the ability to do so. It is interesting how it’s so easy to drop something onto social media but for some reason much more challenging to put things here on my very own website. For ME that is going to be one of my steps in arranging my “offering” so to speak (when you watch the videos that will make more sense). At the time that I am writing this- I still have a couple videos to get onto YouTube and then I want to make shorter ones as I have been doing- but energetically there’s going to be a necessary break coming, I can feel it approaching. This will simply shift anything- which is why I haven’t yet created a schedule of these yet- meaning 3 a week or 1 a week on Wednesdays- because I cannot say as of yet what is possible. Right now I am just looking to catch up this blog to the TikTok & the YouTube or rather catch them all up to each other. I know, sounds confusing but there’s a point to this…. I am looking to provide free online classes on certain topics which I will load to YouTube and all the supporting info will end up here- well, the video will too.

Spring Equinox Workshop (virtual)

(This workshop is Breathwork, Energywork, Discussion and Journal Notes)
MARCH 26 Saturday 11am-1pm (Pacific)

What do you have to do in order to create a connection to the sacred space deep inside you?

Embrace where you are, first and foremost. Keeping in mind this doesn’t mean you have to LIKE it or that it will feel any particular way.

Create a way to approach yourself and keep doing it. After a while practices change but the core value does not.

Return / Repeat but to the current moment, allowing acknowledgment for shifts.

No matter what is going on in the world- YOU have to be able to come home to YOU in a way that works for you in this NOW moment

in this workshop we will cover:
-how to embrace the current frequency
-how to create a safe place to meet yourself and continue to approach
-what “balanced” truly means and how Divine Order applies

We will move through a few minutes of instruction to unite the group, then a breath exercise & some Guided Energy Meditation inspired by the Equinox which follows with a discussion on how to approach the current moment.
It is recommended that you have some water and something to write with and on nearby as well this is a form of ceremony so please appear in full presence of you in order to support yourself and the group at large. You will want a little space around you- think arm span.

The last portion is led by participants and I will ask you to share with your voice, if you feel willing, a bit about your experience with what we talk about in the class and perhaps a confirmation for yourself as far as which direction you want to go in. This is of course optional.

Although I do understand that many people are literally going back to that- which I think is rather cool, I know that not everyone has the inner direction as of yet to do so.

This is where I come in.

NO, I definitely am not going to show you how to wield an ax but I can guide you towards understanding how to sharpen your emotional integrity and give you practices to create a sustainable living practice of your life.

Over the three weeks you will get a good taste of what it is like to keep a schedule which is based on you and your energy body vs just what you think you should be doing. Adding in daily breathing & journal sessions and a new focus on what is actually supporting your heart and your ability to work FROM it.

A process via the subtle body of connecting the dots to create a sustainable life practice.

Whether you call it spiritual or not you are a human and you are made of energy and the best way through ALL of these stories we place on our emotional and energy body is truly to be human- and some of us need reminders on how to do that.

each week you will get:
-group zoom class where we will do a breathing exercise and simple movement (this is basic mobility based) and I will talk us through our weekly theme (which will change in a simple way each time we do a series depending on things like season or perhaps we overlap an Equinox or Solstice but will always have a similar “source code” so to speak. Divine Order and all.)
-a couple of journal topics to choose from.
-a meditation audio by email: This Now Moment Meditation- new each week, very simple and short can be done multiple times a day if need be. Feel free to keep these forever.
-I will be available at certain times for questions

one time:
-on the last group meet up will will leave a little extra time to talk about how to keep it going- focus questions around scheduling and adaptation.
-group guided breath and energy session with q&a
-breath and movement video posted and link will be emailed at the start of the series. This is 20 minutes and leans on basic mobility in regards to movement.
-1:1 guided breath and energy session at 50%

When we incorporate emotional intelligence into our daily existence it becomes exponentially easier to accomplish the many tasks it takes to support our whole system and tap into our energy at the highest potential possible in your current now moment.

ALL of this is great but really needs to be applied to daily living- things you want to do that perhaps you have been afraid to do and by creating a sense of safety and someething to come home to, it will feel much more possible to open up to the realms that you have struggled with before. Whether fitness, spirituality, consciousness, yoga, art, writing, photography, hiking, camping- it doesn’t really matter because the baseline is just that simple, figure out how to love yourself TRULY and feel safe in that and you will allow yourself to experince the most vibrant bliss available for your body and life and you can expand from there.

Truly meeting yourself where you are at is the first step-
but, do you know where you are?

If you cannot truly say YES to where you are, then you might want to take some time to see why that is. The only person that is able to give you the answer is the one inside you, the you whom you don’t realize is by your side. The heart of hearts. The unflickering flame is there, awaiting your return.

Take Your Spirituality Through the Next Gate 1:1

No matter where you are in your spiritual journey it’s possible to reach a time frame where you need someone to point you in a direction and that is what this series it about. Allow me to help you get a fresh look at your practice.

We meet 3 times- one time a week over 2 months max.
In these meetings we will go over where you are and I will provide you with practices, journal prompts and things to consider in order for you to get a new look at your approach to your own practice.
The second portion of our first two 1:1 sessions will be centered around breathwork and meditation. This will inform what you will work on in between our meetings. The last one will be an energy session to support and integrate what we have done.

We can also go over what you might want to work with next- as in when our meetings are completed.

What is Self Mastery?

The ability to live from the heart after working through all suppressed emotional charges and raising your core vibration via emotional coalescence and transmutation. Ultimately meeting up with your higher self and gain the ability to be a co-creator in your existence. Being able to create all you’d want from a base level of an abundant heart frequency and an inner feeling of safety which will allow you to contribute to the collective in the most expansive way possible.

Take Your Yoga Asana Practice to the Next Stage 1:1

This is meant for people that already have a practice going at home- or are dedicated to beginning to provide themselves a sustainable life practice.

For the Yoga Practitioner:
Once you sign up you will receive a questionnaire which is very important you take the time to answer before our first meet up.

-3 weekly consecutive sessions or as close to it as possible.
Each time we meet we will begin a check in, a short breath exercise and then we will focus on whatever it is we are expanding on in your practice and we end with a 20-30 minute practice. Week one we focus on joints, week 2 strength, week 3 flexibility (unless otherwise discussed- which will happen often).
You will be provided with support work to do in between meetings- meditations, breathwork and journaling.

These 3 sessions are $222 and you pay for them

Take Your Art to the Next Stage 1:1

What is your next stage?

I have enormous experience with the visual arts- not limited to drawing, painting, photography, printmaking & mixed media are the things I can assist with. Let me give it to you strait though right here right now- I am going to ask you to begin a breathing practice as well as journaling (if you needed a free tip on where to begin, that was it). Honestly it doesn’t so much matter which medium you work in as long as your interest is in personal expansion via art making- aka- taking the ART to the next level while you figure our how to do it you master yourself in many ways. Arranging your life so that this is possible is also a form of mastery.

Let me assist you in arranging this in a sustainable way- you DO NOT have to have an art degree or want to sell your art. These things don’t have to be a part of your next stage, but if that is part of your thought process we can talk a little about that. You may not be so ready to deal with all that is and possibly think you HAVE to- you don’t although it can be fairly rewarding with many lessons attached.

Let’s not get ahead of ourselves- for now, let’s make expansion possible through your art by arranging the making of it sustainable into your life while at the same time you start tapping on Self Mastery.

Manifestation Mapping

Last month (November 2021) I shared a method of “manifestation mapping” for people to try out. It is pretty basic but very effective. The reasoning here was how we take advantage of the “extra energy” days. Once you are able to navigate these days you have the choice of adding in particular intentions and actions to assist you in staying on track and obtaining certain needed things. I use this term “things” loosely- I do have to point out that we are working with energy here and it really only works when applying it to “important things” like being able to do the actions that allow you to raise your vibration to do a certain thing for your consciousness, or finding a pathway to your most rooted expression, or finding security in your body and so on. Please feel free to add questions to the YouTube video I share below.

In the December video I mention how this month is setting up the same- this only applies to how the phases lay out in regards to 1212 for the most part because this is more reliant on collective energy. There is also the contribution of the eclipse and Winter Solstice. The eclipse was just yesterday and it was a a lot energetically- but now I feel as if I am grounding & anchoring it. With Solstice I am feeling that it wont be as “heavy” but all of these things interact and flow at different rates so there’s no way to say everyone will feel it the same way, it truly depends on the body.

The focus is “attracting”-

What you want to do is this:
BEFORE December 10th give yourself ample time to get VERY CLEAR on the most simple version of your intention revolving around what you want to bring to you- attract- that is of importance to your soul.

ON the 10th do something or many things specifically towards what it is you are “asking for”- be VERY specific- outside of that take great care to come back to your intention whenever you are moving away from it- it’s a day, do the work. The 11th might be a bit bumpy so I recommend a way to “cope” (drink water, take shower, sweat by physical movement, eat light, nap) and on the 12th pay close attention to what your body is asking for- do those things as best as you can as well go repeatedly back to your intention- write a lot of it down. Meditation is key here as well- adding sound is a fantastic idea, something like a specific frequency for money or abundance. The next day, give yourself time for recovery if you need it, or you may feel extra vibed up- we are all very individual.
